1. The service

PekeGames is an educational and entertainment gaming platform with rankings, achievements, missions and multiplayer matches. By using it you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

2. Accounts and minimum age

• To register you must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 must have the permission of their parents or guardians.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for the activity on your account.
• Your nickname may not impersonate other people or contain offensive content.

3. Virtual currencies and items 🪙

• PekeCoins, gems, season passes and store items are virtual: they have no real monetary value and are not refundable or transferable outside the platform.
• We may adjust the game economy (prices, rewards) to keep it balanced.

4. Conduct and fair play

• Cheating, automating matches, exploiting bugs or manipulating scores is prohibited.
• Harassment or inappropriate content is prohibited: we are a family-friendly platform.
• Breaching these rules may lead to score removal, suspension or account deletion.

5. Intellectual property

The games, brands, graphics and content of PekeGames belong to their owners. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use them within the platform.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service always available, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance or external causes. We may update these terms; if the change is significant we will announce it on the portal.
